With over twenty-five years of experience in higher education as a Professor of English, Jason understands how to connect with an audience of readers, learners, and listeners in ways that are transformative. He is both a Georgia Governor’s Teaching Fellow and a 2004 Chancellor’s Award recipient, and his work in online education is extensive, having designed and delivered online courses for Troy University, Southern New Hampshire University, Life University, Gwinnett Technical College, and Georgia State University just to name a few since 2010. Jason’s stalwart commitment to affecting positive transformation coupled with two advanced degrees in English and one advanced degree in instructional design and technology make him ideally suited to tackle challenges in human performance that go well beyond simply applying best practices in design and instruction. A seasoned educator who has taught online and face-to-face in both the U.S. and abroad and author of four books, Jason is eager to help others get past the chatter and become better versions of themselves.

A native of Venezuela, Geraldine characteristically comes to challenges with solutions at the ready. Her experience working for the U.S. State Department taught her as much. Creative in her problem-solving abilities and adaptable to fluid situations, Geraldine brings an impressive level of administrative skill and vision to 48B Consulting.
